Customer Support - Price Updates

I agree to hold SoftLight Inc, its employees, officers and agents harmless and assume all liabilities for any damages that result from violating this policy or for any errors in pricing, availability, descriptions, timeliness, or otherwise, contained in any price update file.

I agree by proceeding that I will only download price updates for manfacturers that have previously authorized me and/or my company to distribute their products. I agree that I will only download price update files for my own or my company's use and that I will not copy, duplicate, or forward any price update files for the use or benefit of any other person or company.
